Photo & Video Policy

 

  1. Chinese Christian Union Church (CCUC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by CCUC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. CCUC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by CCUC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, social media, websites, etc.

  2. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

  3. A person attending a CCUC event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution on social media should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact CCUC prior to the event at 2301 S. Wentworth Ave., Chicago IL 60616 or communications@ccuc.net, in writing of his/her intentions, the site/ congregation/ fellowship he/she belongs, and include a photograph. CCUC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.  You may also submit your request below.

  4. By participating in a CCUC event or by failing to notify CCUC, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by CCUC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify CCUC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

  5. Any person or organization not affiliated with CCUC may not use, copy, alter or modify CCUC photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from CCUC.

Social Media Omission Request Form

Anyone that does not wish to have their image used for social media purposes by Chinese Christian Union Church must complete this form. A photograph must be submitted for identification purposes only and to ensure proper omission of image use in social media outlets.
